Meghan is such an amazing pelvic floor therapist. Her knowledge and expertise really allowed me to understand the importance of the mind/body connection. I’d dealt with chronic GI issues for more than half my life. I had tried various diets and exercises with no relief. After my first session, things just clicked and I saw tremendous improvements with my GI issues that included gas, bloating and chronic constipation. Not only were her exercises and manual techniques effective but also her ability to help me truly understand how my mind and body weren’t connecting properly. Through my sessions, I was able to connect and open up to her in such a meaningful way. I had never been able to talk openly about my GI issues and how they impacted every aspect of my daily life. My anxiety and feelings of hopelessness decreased as I felt I finally had the tools to improve my GI issues. I am internally grateful for the education and guidance I received from Meghan. "The amazing thing about working with Meghan that really differed from other therapy clinics I have been is that she really listened to what was going on with my body that day and would tailor my treatment. Other clinics would just give me exercises and watch me do them visit after visit without any real modification or tracking progress. "After a series of health challenges (including chronic UTIs, gallbladder removal, pneumonia, and surgical adhesions) and MULTIPLE doctors I was told, 'you might have Interstitial Cystitis and eventually we just diagnose by symptoms even though your Cystoscopy is normal.'
